   In recent years Fushun Hongtoushan Copper Smelting Plant throw themselves into restructuring of enterprise actively. Since the beginning of 2008 Fushun Hongtoushan Copper Smelting Plant and Huachang Group had communicated and made further negotiation time and again, finally come into agreement and signed the Participation Improvement Agreement,. In May, 2008 Huachang Group and Fushun Hongtoushan Copper Smelting Plant signed the Participation Improvement Agreement, which will be in charge of purchasing copper ores and the other mineral raw materials.
