Purchasing Copper Materials

Our company purchases regularly:
Copper tailing ores, copper mud, copper slags and sponge copper (The Cu content should be 5% min), materiels contain copper and molybdenum(Cu content should be 5% min,Mo content should be 2% min),Copper and Cadmium slags(Cu content should be between 5% and 20%),silver and copper slags (Cu content should be 1.5% min),all slags contain copper .
Waste Materiels Categories
Copper mud, copper slags , gold & silver slags from smelters,Anode furnace refining slags, Cathode furnace refining slags, the converter blowing slags, the refining slags of black copper,impure-red-copper ,Copper,nickel,zinc alloy slags, copper and tin alloy slags, copper and nickel alloy slags, the furnace slags from machining copper alloy.
The origin, composition and processing method for the regeneration of copper slags

The copper scraps should be recycled according to the categories, groups and grades stipulated in this standard. Different categories, groups and grades should not be mixed.
Other copper scraps which are not included in this table must be classified as the similar category.
It's not allowed to mix sealed container, flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive substance and medical waste into copper scraps.
The impurities which have influence on environment and radioactive pollution substance in the copper scraps should be controlled according to GB16487.2,GB16487.7,and GB16487.9.
The content of copper in copper scraps refers to the copper in metallic status and copper alloy, copper compound is not contained.
Inspection and Acceptance
The inspection for copper scraps should be carried out by the technical supervision department of buying party,or a third party inspectorate can be consigned to make the inspection (e.g. SGS, Alex Stewart in China). The supplying party should guarantee the quality conforming to this standard or stipulation of the contract and fill in the quality certificates.
Lots
The copper scraps should be submitted for inspection by lot; each lot should be composed by the same category, same group and same grade.
Sampling
The sampling methods of copper and copper alloy scraps, waste parts as well as other relative matters should be negotiated and determined by both parties of selling and buying.
According to the agreements confirmed by two parties, the copper scraps can be supplied by packing or briquetting way.
Packing & Storage
The bulk copper scraps in different categories can not be mixed-loading during transportation.
During the transportation, loading,unloading and stacking, the copper scraps should not be mixed with explosive, flammable, corrosive, virulent ,radioactive substance and garbage. And also the facilities which are polluted by above materials should not be used for loading and unloading. There must be rain protection, snow protection and fire protection facilities if there are special requirements.
