The purchase quality standard of antimony ore and the price stipulation
Antimony mineral sand (contain: lump ore, powder ore, floating selected sand mine)
1.Quality Standard
1.1 Pb/Sb<=0.23% As/Sb<=0.8%.
1.2 Lump ore particle size: exceed 30mm, less than 150mm.
1.3Lump Standard: Sb>=30% or 5%<=Sb<30%, and S/Sb>=26%, Powder ore standard Sb>=25%,floating selected sand mine standard: Sb>=30%. If the quality can not meet the above standards, we have the right to reject.
2. Price Stipulation of Quality and Impurity, Rejection Standard
2.1.1 Considered 50% as benchmark price, if 5% above, thus increase USD80/MMt. But if higher than 60%, thus not increase.
2.1.2 40.01-50%, if 5% below, thus decrease USD 80/MMt compared with 2.1.1 item.
2.1.3 30.01-40%, if 5% below, thus decrease USD 130/MMt compared with 2.1.2 item.
2.1.4 20.01-30%, if 5% below, thus decrease USD 150/MMt compared with 2.1.3 item.
2.1.5 15.01-20%, if 1% below, thus decrease USD 200 /MMt compared with 2.1.4 item.
2.2 Pb/Sb, if 0.01% exceeds, thus decrease USD 20 /MMt.
2.3 As/Sb, if 0.1% exceeds, thus decrease USD 20 /MMt.
2.4 Pb/Sb>2% or As/Sb>3% rejection.
3.Confirmation of Sulphide Mine, Mixed Mine and Oxiden Mine and Price Reduction Standard
3.1 S/Sb>=26% defined as sulphide mine, 16%<=S/Sb<26% defined as mixed mine, S/Sb<16% defined as oxiden ore.
3.2 Mixed mine Sb>=25%, Price determined: USD 350 /MMt reduce from the same grade of sulphide mine. Oxiden mine Sb>=30%, Price Determined: USD 1000 /MMt reduced from the same grade of sulphide mine
4.Settlement Method of unqualified particle size (Antimony Mineral Sand)
4.1 Price Reduction Stipulation of powder mine
4.1.1Sb>=30.01%, Price determined: USD 200/MMt reduced from the same grade of lump ore.
4.1.2Sb 20.01-30%, Price determined: USD 250/MMt reduced from the same grade of lump ore.
4.1.3Sb 15.01%-20%, Price determined: USD 300/MMt reduced from the same grade of lump ore.
There is need of smash once lump length exceeds 150mm, the actual cost will be on supplier's account.
